Tracey W. Messer has been sharing his love of history with people of all ages throughout the course of his personal and professional life. It was in September 1928 that President Coolidge delivered his eloquent impromptu speech after touring Vermont by train to see the recovery efforts following the devastating floods of 1927. In honor of its 90th anniversary, Tracy Messer will explain how the world came to know the “brave little state of Vermont” through his first-person portrayal of our 30th President of the United States.
