September 22nd, 9:30, Chases Mountain Trail, Middlesex. 5.3 miles. 1,250 elevation gain. This hike is in the Middlesex town forest and is an out and back trail. Take I-89 South the Middlesex exit. Turn left onto Center Rd. In 1.8 Miles turn left onto Middlesex Notch Rd. Stay on this road for 1.5 miles and then it turns right for another .5 miles. You will see a kiosk on the left and a parking area. We will meet there and walk up to the trail. Dogs need to be on a leash for a short period when we start out.
