We are starting a Solo Agers group. We are inviting a small group to (6-8 participants) to join together monthly to support each other in living our best lives. Together we can approach our lives with humor and camaraderie. 

We will meet live but will use the Internet during the difficult Winter weather and as a support to develop resources, activities, and find the information we need to make plans to support ourselves in difficult situations.

Bonnie McDermott, member and volunteer, will be the facilitator. Bonnie has lived alone for the last 30 years, however, in the past few years, her health problems have become more of a consequence, thus making living alone more complicated. Bonnie has a master's degree in counseling and has led many groups.
