Wednesday, September 16th, 30th, October 21st and November 11th. 10am - 12:00pm

Do you have a plan for when you die or get sick? Is all the information in one place? When was the last time you updated the information? This workshop will help you create an individualized plan as well as get you thinking about the smaller details that you might not have thought of.
Outcome will be an organized individualized plan and the actual materials for letting important others know our wishes. Each person will create a safe place where documents and updated directives will be stored and accessible.
Limited to ten participants who can commit to all four sessions. Participants will be expected to do personalized follow-up between sessions.
A preliminary agenda will be sent out prior to the first meeting.
