August 24th, 9:30am  Elmore Mountain. 

The loop trail is 4.23 miles with 1,185 ft. elevation gain but you have the option of turning around  at the foundation which would be 2.9 miles with 924 ft elevation gain and would eliminate the steep section to the fire tower. If there are participates who don’t want to do the full loop we will make sure there is someone that will  hike back with you. 

Meet at the upper trail parking lot. Bring your Green Mt. Pass or you’ll have to pay the state park fee. 

As always bring a snack and plenty of water, poles are helpful.
